亿光在美诉讼普瑞，普瑞发布专利声明

日前有友商针对普瑞光电专利公布误导性信息。现在公司作出如下声明：BridgeluxRespondsToEverlightLawsuitTargeting2835SMDProductsBridgeluxissuesastatementregardingEverlightlawsuitfiledonJune10，2017againstBridgeluxFREMONT，Calif．，June14，2017－Bridgelux2835surfacemountdevice（SMD）productsincorporatecutting－edgetechnologytodeliverunsurpassedperformanceatcompetitiveprices．Bridgelux＇stechnologyresultsfromyearsofadvancedresearchanddevelopment，andisprotectedbyBridgelux＇sintellectualproperty，whichcurrentlyincludesapatentportfolioofmorethan300worldwidepatentsthatextendacrosstheexpanseoflightemittingdiode（LED）technologies，fromchipstoluminairesolutions．普瑞SMD2835系列产品使用前端技术，向客户获取高性价比的产品。

普瑞技术源自多年的先进设备研究和研发，受到普瑞知识产权的维护。目前，普瑞的知识产权在全球有300余件专利布局，涵括了从芯片到灯光解决方案的LED技术上下游的专利。

OnJune10，2017，EverlightElectronicsCo．，Ltd．filedalawsuitagainstBridgeluxintheUnitedStatesDistrictCourt（NorthernDistrictofCalifornia－SanFranciscoDivision）．ThelawsuitallegesthattheBridgelux2835packagedLEDsinfringeU．S．Patent6，335，548and7，253，448．ThescopeofthelawsuitislimitedonlytosuchproductsintheUnitedStatesanddoesnotcoveranyjurisdictionsoutsideoftheUnitedStates．亿光电子于2017年6月10日在美国北加州区法院对普瑞驳回的诉讼事宜。亿光电子在诉讼中主张普瑞SMD2835系列PCB产品侵害US6，335，548与US7，253，448两件美国专利。该诉讼案件的产品范围仅限于美国境内的产品，并不涉及美国司法管辖权以外的地区。
